How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped from regional warehouses. Orders are usually delivered in 1-3 days. 90% of all orders are delivered next day.

How much is Shipping?
All orders for UPS-able items under $500.00 will be charged $3.95 to an address in the 48 contiguous states. Orders over $500.00 ship free.
Orders shipped to PUERTO RICO / HAWAII / ALASKA will be charged an actual shipping charge and sent USPS, please allow a few extra days for processing. Please call 800-338-3820 for a freight quote. See "Shipping and Returns" for more info.

How do i get a tracking number for my order?
The tracking numbers for orders are automatically emailed with a copy of the order invoice after shipping.

How do I track my package?
Visit www.Fedex.com, www.UPS.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number. You can enter your tracking number in a google search box and track it that way as well.

What should I do if my order delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have been damaged by the Shipping company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package. If you noticed the damage after delivery, contact us at 800-338-3820 and we will reship your item and file a claim for you.

Dataline does deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped USPS.
